RFP No. 23RD014 Media and Social Marketing Services for Research Findings Dissemination and Public Outreach

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from marketing agencies, media/public relations firms or other qualified organizations with extensive knowledge of reaching targeted audiences through various communications channels, who will develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to present the California Air Resources Boards (CARB) health research findings in compelling, plain language and publicly accessible messages, and generate content and materials for CARB use in public outreach.
