“RFP 23-044 LED Athletic Field Conversion Program”. The City of Elgin through its Department of Parks & Recreation, 100 Symphony Way, Elgin, Illinois 60120, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services required for the development, design, procurement and management services necessary for the LED conversion of all the City owned Athletic fields as outlined herein. Proposals can be found on the City of Elgin’s website at www.cityofelgin.org.bids.aspx, and are due no later than July 28, 2023 at 3:00 pm.
