Request for Proposals Dublin Arts Center AV Production Services for the Precinct Black Box Theater

The City of Dublin is looking for a qualified contractor to provide AV production services for the Precinct Black Box Theater related to sound and lighting equipment. The theater will be equipped with basic sound and lighting equipment, but additional equipment may be needed depending on the production/show. Theater shows are being planned for, but not limited to, evenings and weekends.

Interested companies should submit a proposal that includes all associated costs for a single day event that meets and/or exceeds the following quote specifications for sound and lighting equipment for the Precinct Black Box Theater.
