Notice Inviting Bids and Specifications for Citywide Landscape Maintenance Services

SCOPE OF WORK:
The City seeks to retain the services of a qualified and experienced company/Contractor capable of performing the work of all-inclusive citywide landscape maintenance services, including, but not limited to, daily inspection and landscape maintenance of cutting, trimming, mowing, edging, raking, and weed control of landscape areas of turf, ground cover, shrubs, trees, slopes and open spaces, cleaning of playground areas, litter and trash removal, simple tree trimming, planting, irrigation system maintenance and repair, backflow prevention testing, inspection, maintenance, irrigation repair and reporting on specified irrigated slopes, specialized sports field maintenance, synthetic turf maintenance and integrated pest management of landscape areas, on an ongoing basis (the “Project”) in accordance with a Base Bid and/or any combination of Alternate Bids.

LOCATION OF WORK: Citywide

Any Bidder intending to submit a Bid Proposal for this Project shall attend a Pre-bid Meeting to be held on April 23, 2024, promptly beginning at 10:00am. The meeting shall be held in the City Council Chambers of the Laguna Hills Civic Center, 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, CA, 92653. In order for a Bidder’s Bid Proposal to be considered by City as being responsive, Bidder shall have attended the entirety of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting described above.
