Invitation to Bid Cedar Creek Greenway Fence & Landscaping Restoration Project

This is a re-bid of a City project titled “Cedar Creek Greenway Fence Improvements”. Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Cedar Creek Greenway Fence & Landscaping Restoration Project for the City of Sherwood will be received at City of Sherwood, Engineering Department, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon 97140 (Attn: Jason Waters, P.E., City Engineer) until the Bid Closing at 2:00 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, May 7 ^th , 2024. Please write the following, “Cedar Creek Greenway Fence & Landscaping Restoration Project, Attn: Jason M. Waters” on the submission envelope. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud after 2:00 PM at Sherwood City Hall in the Community Room (same room as City Council meetings) located at 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, Oregon. No bids will be accepted after the BID CLOSING time.

First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure forms must be received at the above-mentioned location and date no later than 4:00 PM (local time) on the Bid Closing date. Proposals without a completed First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form submitted will be considered non-responsive.

There are no pre-qualification requirements for this project and qualifications will be determined through the information provided on the bidder responsibility form.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD FOR THIS PROJECT on Wednesday, April 24 ^th , 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Sherwood City Hall, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood, OR 97140.
