Infrastructure Improvements-Landfill Entrance Construction, RFQ 639838

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Infrastructure Improvements-Landfill Entrance and ancillary facilities. The landfill is located at Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF) 21101 Evergreen Mills Road Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The Project consists of providing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and any/all incidental services necessary for the construction of the entrance road, scales, scale house, canopy, tire wash, and associated utilities.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on-site on February 16 at 10:30 am for clarification of any questions on the drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
