Entertainment and Production Services

Fauquier County Public Schools wishes to establish a contract(s) based on the quality, pricing, guarantees, timeliness of delivery of services, and ability of the successful Offerors to provide the services required; to obtain the highest quality of entertainment and production and associated services for the Owner at the best price; and to provide the efficient management of entertainment and production services contracts. Fauquier County Public Schools wishes to secure the services of professional Contractors with direct experience and expertise in the convention, event, or hospitality industry. We have a need for outside audio, visual and production support for small, medium and large school related events. Examples of such events are Convocation, High School graduations, special speakers, etc. Most of these events involve large screens, staging, projectors, switching equipment, sound, lighting, tents, etc. Additionally, we need experts in the field to setup, run and dismantle following the event. Small contracts are also desired for Disc Jockey (DJ) services at events such as dances and proms.
