San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking Dietitians/Nutritionists with experience working with clients diagnosed with Eating Disorders. The Dietitians/Nutritionists will be responsible for providing nutritional screening and assessment of clients for appropriate nutrition intervention and medical nutrition therapy to individuals and groups both in person and/or via telemedicine. This solicitation is being released in order to compile an active list of eligible Dietitians/Nutritionists to be utilized on a case-by-case basis. DBH makes no guarantee of minimum or maximum number of referrals and/or revenue as a result of a contractual agreement between DBH and vendor. The Contract period will be for the period beginning on August 6, 2024 through December 31, 2025, with three optional one-year extensions. Currently, the projected allocation for this service is approximately $170,725 for the sixteen (16) month period.
