Amount of PO needs increased. Additional invoices received that were not taken into account when original PO was done. America's Service Commissions (ASC) has us opt in for services well before we are allocated the funding amount for our Commission Admin (CSG) and Training/Technical Assistance (CIF) grants. We do our best to account for all of the services and training the commission, board, and programs will need in a certain time frame. When we initially created the contract, we were accounting for invoices that we had received, yet we failed to add in the additional opt in amounts. The additional services we are opting in for are extra conference and training fees, to include Skills Success, which is the reason for the increase.
