Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary for grinding and hauling off 4 old asphalt Approximately 76,330.000 Square Feet of the south bound service road. Grade and compact with new asphalt, apply Type II Slurry and Restripe. Complete specifications in Exhibit A, Attachment 1.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference (Job Walk) Date: Thursday, April 25th @ 10:00 AM.

Bidder must attend to be eligible to bid. You must sign in no later than 10:00 AM with the State Representative. It is not the State's responsibility to ensure all attendees are signed in. Late attendees will be disqualified.
