The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a Bulk Fuel Delivery Services contract for James City County and Williamsburg/James City County Public School’s to award to a licensed/certified provider, as described in this contract, for JCC and WJCC from qualified and experienced vendors. The initial contract shall be for one (1) year with four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options per the terms and conditions at the option of James City County (JCC) and Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools.
