BLW LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE & ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Marietta will accept competitive sealed proposals from qualified Landscape Maintenance Service Providers until 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 16, 2023, at 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 in accordance with the request for proposals for:

BLW LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE & ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM

RFP NUMBER-23-48535

Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division, 1 ^st floor, Marietta City Hall, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 16, 2023, at which time the names of the proposing companies will be recorded and made available to the public.

One or more qualified Landscape Maintenance Companies shall be selected to provide landscape maintenance services at BLW and/or provide a one-time Landscape Enhancement Plan at the City of Marietta / BLW Administrative Building for the City.  All interested parties are required to thoroughly examine each site in reference to the maintenance requirements.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting for interested parties will be held at City of Marietta / BLW Administrative Building located at 675 No. Marietta Parkway, Marietta GA  30060 in the second floor Training Room on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

All pricing included in the proposal must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the submission of bids.

The City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
