Mandatory Bidders’ Conference. A conference will be held at the following location: 2000 Stevenson Blvd, Fremont, CA at 10:00 AM on February 27, 2024. The bidders’ conference is mandatory. A bidder who fails to attend a mandatory conference may be disqualified from bidding. The Fremont Police Department is a secure local-government building, due to the sensitive nature of the area involved, only ONE representative from each attending company will be allowed to enter the facility. Please notify Gigi Gill at ggill@fremont.gov if you are attending this bid walk. The representative will need to bring a photo-ID to receive their visitor badge for this conference. |
