The National Firearms and Tactical Training Unit of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks a qualified vendor to provide .40 caliber 125 grain frangible ammunition, to be shipped to multiple sites within the continental United States. A total of 85,000 rounds are needed. Ammunition is to be shipped in full cases only.
ONLY THE FOLLOWING MANUFACTURERS ARE APPROVED FOR PURCHASE:
1) Ammunition Accessories/Speer
2) Remington
3) Federal Cartridge
4) Olin-Winchester
Note - NAICS code 332992 is for ammunition manufacturers. Any vendor utilizing this code must have a waiver allowing them to utilize this code. NAICS code 423910 is also allowed for this solicitation, and does not require a waiver.
