Description
Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to repair, resurface and paint Hangar Deck concrete floor at USCG Air Station Traverse City, MI. Major work items include: Move existing room furniture, steel drawers, tools, equipment, etc to area of hangar not being painted during that phase; remove existing floor paint by shot blasting; perform moisture test at four locations inside hangar; fill all holes and chip outs with cement based leveling compound; replace 80 feet of deteriorated silicone/rubber joint seal; Paint 5 mil thick moisture barrier (prime coat) over all areas to be painted; Paint floor with 100 percent epoxy, industrial strength, fuel resistant, paint system (min. thickness 10 mil, color is gloss light gray, VOC less than 50 gram/liter; and, Paint 5 mil thick colored lines to mark walkways, fire extinguisher racks, ground connectors and volleyball courts. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238990/$13.0M. Completion time is 120 DANTP.
