Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to repair, resurface and paint Hangar Deck concrete floor at USCG Air Station Traverse City, MI. Major work items include: Move existing room furniture, steel drawers, tools, equipment, etc to area of hangar not being painted during that phase; remove existing floor paint by shot blasting; perform moisture test at four locations inside hangar; fill all holes and chip outs with cement based leveling compound; replace 80 feet of deteriorated silicone/rubber joint seal; Paint 5 mil thick moisture barrier (prime coat) over all areas to be painted; Paint floor with 100 percent epoxy, industrial strength, fuel resistant, paint system (min. thickness 10 mil, color is gloss light gray, VOC less than 50 gram/liter; and, Paint 5 mil thick colored lines to mark walkways, fire extinguisher racks, ground connectors and volleyball courts. The NAICS for this project is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $13.0M. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than January 3, 2008.
