REF: Maintenance yard repair at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
The principle work includes all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for the rehabilitation of Zachary Taylor Street and the parking lot located at the Harpers Ferry Maintenance Yard. The principle work includes earthwork, curb repair, asphalt milling and paving, concrete paving, and traffic markings. This procurement is open to all sized businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. However, a HUBZone evaluation factor will apply. All contractors experienced in this type of construction work may compete for this contract. Estimated project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with a small business size of $13.0 million of annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years. A small business concern is defined as a concern (including all of its subsidiaries) having less than or equal to $13.0 million annual average gross revenues of the total concern for the last 3 fiscal years.
