Synopsis:

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for repair and renovation of interior portions of Wing D, Second floor, Building 11, at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal and reconfig uration of interior, non-bearing partitions, doors, vision panels, and ceilings; removal and installation of interior finishes; limited Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) abatement; removal and replacement of interior lighting, power, fire alarm equipment, and emergency lighting; reroute existing electrical power and local data distribution; provide power to new roof top HVAC units; install new roof top HVAC units; provide mechanical chases and ductwork; install new wet pipe fire protection sprinkler system and connect to existing fire protection service main; and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $1 Million - $5 Million. NAICS is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, average annual receipts $31.0 Million. Solic itation Number W25G1V-08-B-0003 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance wit h FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205.
