Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify Small Businsesses, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified 8(a), SDVOSB or HUBZone small business firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required perform the Station Rehabilitation at USCG Station Oswego, NY. Work includes but is not limited to: Exterior window and door replacements, roof replacement including adding additional roof insulation to the entire building, misc. exterior masonry repairs, including cracks and lintel repairs, heating system upgrade including replacement of existing boilers and installation of new radiant units in the original station building, wetroom and locker room upgrades, galley repairs, handicapped accessibility upgrades, plumbing upgrades for LEED certification and LEED ?certification? with the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The NAICS for this project is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $13.0M. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland (Attn: Ms. Komer) no later than COB 03/11/08. The information may be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at pamela.m.komer@uscg.mil or faxed to 216-902-6278. When responding by email, please indicate ?Sources Sought 08-3WT185? in the subject line. Responses shall include the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number and Email Address; Business Size (i.e. Disadvantaged Status, 8(A) status, HUBZone, SDV, WO, Small or Large etc). Indicate the firms experience in ?LEED Certification?. DO NOT SEND BUSINESS INFO EXCEPT FOR WHAT IS REQUESTED. When available, the resultant pre-solicitation notice and solicitation will be posted at this website.
