Springfield, IL 62701-1905 - Miller House Siding and Installation Project, Lincoln Home National Historic Site, National Park Service, 511 S. Eighth Street, Springfield, IL. SOLICITATION NUMBER I6530081514, SEEKING QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESS COMPANIES TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238170 and the Small Business Size Standard is $13 million (average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) years). MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT: Less than $25,000. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is set aside 100% for Small Business Contractors. Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and skilled supervision to make a proper surface preparation, and to complete application of vinyl siding and window coil to the entire exterior surface of a two-story wood historic structure known as the Miller House. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work shall start within ten (10) calendar days of Contracting Officer's issuance of a written Notice to Proceed to the Contractor, and must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from start date. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about June 30, 2008 with a response date of July 31, 2008.
