Description
Resulting solicitation will solicit Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide
Building Maintenance for Administrative Building 2700, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Specifically, the contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and supplies/materials to perform building maintenance. Building maintenance may include, but not be limited to, the following: performing systematic preventive maintenance; providing continuous commissioning of critical systems; and performing unscheduled maintenance as necessary. Assuring continuous facility operations and prevent disruptions that could adversely affect the operation of the building. Preventing premature failure or deterioration of the facility, facility systems, and equipment in the fac ility. Providing repair or replacement on all aspects of the building except for Landscape Maintenance; Grass Cutting and Snow Removal; Normal custodial work (cleaning services, restocking consumable supplies, office and shop routine trash removal, etc). Repairing or maintaining materials and equipment such PE equipment, shop equipment, military equipment, etc); Fire Detection and Alarm System; Mass Notification and Annunciation System; Wet Pipe Sprinkler System, Fire Protection. Providing all management needed to satisfy the specific O&M; requirements. Purchasing, installing, and operating a Facilities Management System to include entering into the system all data required to establish records for the facilities, systems, and equipment. Preparing a Comp rehensive Facility Management Plan that integrates all the management activities required for the O&M; contract. Contract type will be firm fixed price. The magnitude of the project is estimated to between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS is 236220/ $31 Million. Resulting contract will be for a base year and four (4) option periods. Evaluation factors will consist of Past Performance and Price.
