Description
This proposed pocurement is HUBzone. Date of issue for the solicitation and specifications will be or about April 14, 2008, on www.fbo.gov. Bids will be due on or about May 15, 2008, at 2:00PM CST. The scope of work includes the removal of all bridge hatches, blast and clean prime defined surfaces of hatch and corresponding seats and framing within the openings; reinstall hatches, shim and seal all joints. Remove machinery access hatch adjacent to the tower, blast and clean prime define surfaces of ha tch and corresponding seats and framing within the opening, reinstall hatch, shim and seal edges. Remove and replace cover plates; blast clean, prime and reseal all expansion joints of bridge deck. Monitor, remove, capture and dispose of lead based paint. Repair concrete at drain and grate assembly at the south end of the non overflow concrete pavement.
