Synopsis:

TITLE: Provide professional services to remove 2 each overhead entryway door units consisting of the 3rd Floor Loading Dock garage and the first floor Parking Garage located on the Marion Avenue side of the Jackson Federal Building. Replace these 2 overhead rollup doors with new hi-speed rollup doors equal to the newer overhead garage exit door located on the 3rd floor loading dock. Include all labor and materials including demolition, electrical, structural, metal, and control work needed to accomplish this work. Provide on-site training and validation and commissioning services, and electronic as-built drawings, and 3 copies of O&M; manuals.
