Synopsis:

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for facility improvements at Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center in White Swan, Washington. The Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center is located near the town of White Swan, Washington, in Yakima County. The facility improvements include furnishing and installing a new asphalt shingle roofing system on 7 roofs and performing sewer line modifications. The buildings requiring new roofs range in size from 1,100 to 13,500 square feet. The principal features of work include removing all existing materials down to the original wood sheathing deck and installing a new asphalt shingle roofing system. The new roofs shall be architectural type 30 year fiberglass base granule surfaced asphalt shingles. The work also includes replacing an existing 4" sewer line with a 6" sewer line. The sewer line is approximately 180 feet long. The procurement is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns and will be a sealed bid procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160 and the size standard is $13 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods.
