Subject: ER/CT Renovation, at the VA Medical Center Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Description:
Synopsis: Provide all labor, equipment, material, supervision, and tools necessary to complete construction for the installation of a new Computed Tomography (CT scan), in the Emergency Department (ER) in Bldg. 111, 1st floor. The work will consist of the following: Renovation of the existing Employee health (PPO) clinic reception and waiting area rooms 1311, 1311A, 1311B, 1313, 1313A. 1313B, 1313C, 1313D, into the Agent Cashier office, and CT Scan Radiology, and waiting areas. Renovation of 1168, 1170, 1172 for ER Program Mgr Office. Renovation of the existing agent cashier rooms 1306 & 1306A for the C&P; clinic and offices. Construction of a three stop hydraulic elevator to go from the Basement to the 2nd floor near 1174 and includes renovation of lobbies for the basement, first and second floors, including the construction of an elevator equipment room and extension of the Physical Therapy area in the basement and renovation of areas for the new Photo ID clerk 1101A and MD/Physicians work offices 1141. Work includes all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. work as required. Project Engineer is Jeff Dulka at (414) 384-2000, extension 41084. NAICS code is 236220.
