Synopsis correction. Synopsis is corrected to change NAICS code from 237990 to 236220. Small business size standard remains unchanged at $31,000,000 average annual receipts. This work involves making significant modifications to the Nursery Building at the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery. Major items include: replacing the roof, upgrading the building structure to meet current seismic codes, update/upgrade the HVAC system, replace lighting and miscellaneous electrical equipment, and provide new nitrogen-scrubbing water filters. Site of the work is Nez Perce County, Idaho. Solicitation No. W912EF-08-B-0011 will be posted to the FBO website on or about August 01, 2008. Bids will be opened on or about September 5, 2008, but no sooner than 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. The bid opening date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. A site visit will be offered on August 20, 2008 at 10:00 AM, local time. Participants will meet at the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery building. See solicitation for details about the site visit and how to register to attend the site visit. Solicitation is open to both large and small business concerns. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
