Synopsis:

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to replace the roof on the Station Building and Boathouse at USCG Station Duluth, MN. Major work items include: Removal of 6900 SF of existing modified bituminous roof and insulation down to bare concrete dock on the Station Building and 1900 SF existing ballasted EPDM roof and insulation down to bare metal deck on Boat House. Construct new modified bituminous roof system with tapered insulation and provide new foil faced flashing up side of parapet walls and raised cut openings. Reset existing roof fans, replace 15 cast steel roof drains, replace four metal heat vents with covers, reset existing flashing for seven plumbing vents, jack and reset one aid handling unit and ductwork and paint four fixed exterior wall mounted steel ladders. The NAICS for this project is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $13.0M.
