Description
Ammend this soliciation to restrict the geographical HUBZone area of condideration. Only those firms who reside in North Dakota and South Dakota will be considered. There are no other changes made.
The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting bids for the construction of individual water systems, water service lines, individual waste disposal systems, and sewer service lines to serve scattered homes on the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation.
Work generally includes constructing septic tank and drain field system; constructing septic tank, dosing siphon tank and sand filter system; connecting homes to community water systems; connecting homes to community sewer systems; repairing individual waste disposal systems; and completing water analyses, well logs, and "as-built" drawings. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, transportation, equipment, supervision and all other necessary items to complete project. All work shall be performed in a workman like manner, in complete compliance with all applicable industry standards, manufactures specifications and warranty requirement to meet Government approval.
Duration of the contract will be from Date of Award to December 31, 2008. Project magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
BID BOND, PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS ARE REQUIRED.

Set Aside Notice: This requirement is set aside under HUBZone.
The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
IFB-OM-2008-3563 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of Twenty-Five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents.
