The work includes clearing and grubbing and excavating and filling an existing wooded area. The project consists of the installation of gravel parking, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage, two storm water ponds, two metal building systems for use as garages, three classroom relocatable facilities, one administrative relocatable facility, chain link fence, water main and water service extensions, gravity sewer and sewer service extensions, one sewer pump station with backup power supply, on site electrical, area lighting, on site telecom service and incidental related work. The proposed contract is HubZone Set-Aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 and Size Standard of $31 Million. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available for electronic download on or about 5 June 2008. Bid opening date will be on or about 8 July 2008. This solicitation is available in electronic format only.
