The general scope of work includes, but not limited to, all work required to do site work for railroad sub-grade, sub-ballast placement, ballast, tie and track placement, and upgrading storm water infrastructure. The work shall be in accordance with Invitation for Bid documents issued with this solicitation. At this time, no options have been identified for this project. If the price schedule is changed to include options prior to the release of the solicitation, the pre-solicitation announcement will be changed. If the price schedule is changed to include options after release of the solicitation, the solicitation will be amended accordingly. The estimated performance period for completion of construction will be assigned in the solicitation.
