Amendment #002 is hereby issued to extend the date for Receipt of Proposals until June 25, 2008 @ 3:00pm. In addition, a formal walkthrough of the jobsite is scheduled for June 16, 2008 @ 9:00am. Interested parties should meet the COTR, Brian Duce at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, 5th & Roosevelt Roads, Bldg. #2, Conference Room #111B promptly at 9:00am. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Laura Silguero, Contracting Officer. Please fax to 414-902-5420.
Amendment #001, which was issued manually, is hereby cancelled in it's entirety. Additional clarification and responses to questions/answers will be addressed in a subsequent amendment to the solicitation which will be posted shortly in Fedbizops.
There are no other changes at this time.
