Synopsis:

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Lakewood, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified and eligible firms capable of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment required to replace worn kitchen countertops and cabinets in Quarters 2,3,4,5 &6.; Replace sinks and fittings, fan-hoods & above sink lights. Install new cabinet hardware. Disconnect relocate during construction and reconnect all appliances. Remove section of wall in Quarters 2 and finish as indicated. Work will be performed at the Crescent Lake National Fish Hatchery which is located in Garden County, Nebraska. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 to $100,000. The total performance period is 75 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. This acquisition is open to both large and small business concerns. The NAICS code is 238290 and small business size standard is $13M. The solicitation package is anaticipated to be available electronically on, or about, June 18, 2008, with an anticipated closing date of July 17, 2008. The solicitation, specification, and drawing can be obtained at www.fbo.gov once issued.
