Furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary for "Install Emergency Generator" Project No. 581-07-121ES at the VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) No. 238210 with a size standard of $13 million applies. Work shall be completed within 210 calendar days. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127, this procurement is 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-A-SIDE, and is subject to availability of funds. Bids from other than SDVOSB's will not be considered. Any bidder submitting bids under a Joint Venture Agreement shall submit a copy of that Joint Venture agreement with its bid. To verify award eligibility, all respondents must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, as well as CCR at http://www.ccr.gov, and in ORCA at https://orca.bpn.gov. Bid documents, as well as any amendments, will be available for download on the website www.fedbizopps.gov after June 4, 2008. In order to receive e-mail notification of any new amendments that have been issued and posted, bidders must register to Receive Notification. Bidders are reminded that they are responsible for obtaining from the website and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the date and time set for bid opening. Site visits are scheduled on June 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. EDT and on June 16, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. EDT.
