Synopsis:

This project will provide for the construction of a Range Control Facility at Ft. Hunter Liggett, CA. The project will provide a Range Control Operations Center that is approximately 16,000 SF. The facility will consist of operational areas, administration offices, interview rooms, equipment storage, classroom, break room, waiting room, conference room, bathrooms, lobby/reception area, janitors closet, mechanical area, loading dock, fire protection and alarm systems, interior communications, and building information systems to support Army Reserve annual training exercises. The project will also provide for the construction of all supporting utilities and parking space for all military and privately owned vehicles. This procurement is an 8(a) set aside for Region IX. The procurement is Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All evaluation factors, other than cost or price, when combined, are equal to cost or price. The estimated performance is 365 days. The estimated price range is $1 to $5 million. NAICS code is 236220. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 21, 2008 and proposals will be due on or about June 24, 2008.
