Description
The purpose of this modification is to seek additional expressions of interest and to expand the delineated area to the following:
Delineated Area: Frederick, MD within the following boundary:
Starting from the intersection of Catoctin Mountain Highway (Route 15) and Trading Lane: East along Trading Lane to Monocacy Blvd. South along Monocacy Blvd to the intersection of E. South Street.     Northwest along E. South Street to the intersection of S. Market Street (Route 355). South along S. Market Street (Route 355) to the intersection of New Technology Way. West along New Technology Way to Spectrum Drive. Southwest on Spectrum Drive and across I-270 to Shockley Drive. West along Shockley Drive to Crestwood Blvd to the intersection of Crestwood Blvd and Corporate Drive.     West along Corporate Drive to New Design Road.     North on New Design Road to I-270.     North on I-270 to Route 40. North on Route 40 to Route 15. North on Route 15 to Opposumtown Pike. North on Opposumtown Pike to Thomas Johnson Drive. Northeast on Thomas Johnson Drive to Hayward Road.     East on Hayward Road to Catoctin Mountain Highway (Route 15).     North on Route 15 back to the intersection of Trading Lane.



All other terms of the requirement remain the same.

Description:        
U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 6,100 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 5,307 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines.


     LEASE TERM:        
Ten (10) Years, FIVE (5) years firm term.          

     DELINEATED AREA:          
     Frederick, MD as outlined below (Map available upon request):
NORTH - Thomas Johnson Drive to Hayword Road to Rt 15 North (Catoctin Mtn Highway)
EAST - Monocacy Blvd to South Street to South Market Street
SOUTH - South Market Street to West Patrick Street
WEST - West Patrick Street to Rt. 15 N to Opossumtown Pike to Thomas Johnson Drive


EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MAY 18, 2007 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building
2) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered.
3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet
4) Rentable Square Feet offered
5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet


6)       Number of parking spaces available on the premises.
7)       Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
8)      
Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space.     In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.

AUTHORIZED CONTACTS:
In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative, Studley, Inc.
