THE U. S. GOVERNMENT
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN
RALEIGH, NC
AMOUNT: A minimum of 4,752 square feet of office and related space, plus 20 parking spaces. To be delivered by May 1, 2009..
LOCATION: First Consideration will be given to historic properties and locations within the Central Business Area (CBA) of Raleigh, NC. If none are available, non-historic properties will be considered in the CBA. All others within the expanded delineated area described below will be considered if adequate competition is not found in the CBA.
North: 440 Beltline, Capital Boulevard and Highwoods Avenue following the Beltline
East: Gorman Road to Avent Ferry Road, to Western Boulevard back north to Wake Forest Road to Beltline
South: Highway 1, then south to Walnut
West: Blue Ridge road, to Trinity Road
REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
TERM: The Lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm.
