REQUIREMENT:
The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Grand Rapids, MN for Solicitation for Offers for GS-05B-18137 consisting of approximately 8,275 rentable square feet for an Agency of the Federal Government. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,027 usable square feet to a maximum of 2,130 usable square feet, of office space and 5,606 usable square feet to a maximum of 6,200 usable square feet of warehouse space with 12 feet clear ceiling heights in the warehouse area, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. A 1200 square foot fenced ware-yard is required The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: City of Grand Rapids, MN and surrounding suburban area.
Due to the soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Ten (10) years, Five (5) firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submission no later than 4PM CST on 04/11/2008.
