Description
The United States Government desires to lease approximately 3,000 usable square feet of office space and 12 secured and reserved parking spaces with the ability to increase by another 5 parking spaces during the course of a 10 year term. The delineated area is outlined as follows:
CITY: Fort Wayne, IN
NORTH: Superior Street
SOUTH: West Brakenridge Street, East Douglas Ave.
EAST: Lafayette Street
WEST: Fairfield Ave.
The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space offered must be contiguous. The Government shall have the right to mount antennas on the roof of the building. The agency prefers not to be located near agencies providing probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs, and similar social service and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders.
For security reasons the agency prefers not to be located near residential areas, daycare centers and schools.
