Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) desires to lease approximately 4,360 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,792 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet.    The lease must also provide for five (5) reserved secure parking spaces.
TENANT:    Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
LOCATION:    The area of consideration is in Lancaster, CA.
REQUIRED:    A fully serviced building of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as modern office-type buildings, meeting or capable of meeting the Government's requirements for current ADA compliance, and seismic safety i.a.w. ICSSC RP 6.    Offers for new construction must fully meet requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), and will require the building to be set-back from the street with a security perimeter.
TERM:    The lease will be for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm.
