Synopsis:

This is an open-ended Sources South Notice to lease Vet-Center building space for Midland, Texas. The project will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price lease contract for 5-10 years. The procurement is unrestricted and based upon full and open competion. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 531120. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC Code) is 6512 or X111. Lease may included but is not necessarily limit to: Medical Clinic space not to exceed 2,400 square feet. It's preferred location is close to a medical complex and/or within the city limits of Midland. Desirable attributes: 5 offices, one file room, one conference room, one IT closet, one storage room, small lobby and two restrooms. Facility must have handicap accessible and must compy with all NFPA Life Safety codes and American Disability Act ADA)compliant.
