Description
This is an open-ended Sources South Notice to lease medical building space for Abilene, Texas. The project will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price lease contract for 5-10 years. The procurement is unrestricted and based upon full and open competition . The applicable North American Industry Clasdification System (NSAICS Code) is 531120. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC Code) is 6512 or X111. Lease may included but is not necessarily limit to: Medical Clinic space not to exceed 9,000 square feet. Its' preferred location is close to a medical complex and/or within the city limits of Abilene. Desirable attributes: 13 Exam Rooms, 4 Doctor Offices, 4 Nursing Rooms, 2 Lab Rooms, reception area, 2 additional offices, storage area for supplies, equipment and medical records, bathrooms, training room, and break room. Handicap accessible. Building must comply with all NEPA Life Safety codes and American Disablility Act (ADA) compliant.
