This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The requirement is for the lease of a modular office for 1-year with a 4-year option.
This trailer will be placed in a leased space at the Victorville Airport and must comply with the leased space agreement. The dimensions can not exceed 3600 Sq Ft and need to be configured as one large unit. The unit must has 2 restrooms w/showers and tankless water heater; three 12x12 office areas; two 12x24 office areas; and a open area office area 48x48, break area w/sink and cabinets.
Trailer must be air conditioned with florescent lighting and carpeting, above ground skirting, wind/seismic restraints and fixed metal stairs
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under the reference number W912LA-SCLA (oral offers will not be accepted).
Solicitation is made under Full and Open Competition with no set-asides. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 332311 and the size standard for Small Businesses is 500 employees.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS, funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
