Springfield Hospital is soliciting bids on one heavy duty wheelchair, preferred model Invacare IVC 9000XDT or equal. Specs are as follows: Frames width & depth 18" x 20", Seat to floor height -adult (19 1/2" STF), Arm type-full length fixed height conventional, back type- Adjustable back with 10 degree bend, frame finish-wet black, upholstery color-black nylon upholstery, caster options-8"x 1 1/4" composite urethane, wheel options: 24" heavy duty composite Pneumatic with/ff inserts, Handrim Options-aluminum handrims, wheel locks-push to lock pivot link wheel locks, seat positioning straps-auto style buckle seat positioning strap, stock options -adjustable rear anti-tipper, front rigging-hemi swingaway footrests aluminum footplates, cushion rigidizers for 10" x 18" cushions, custom reinforced weld to upper footrest, rehab seating and positioning single density.
