Synopsis:

This solicitation is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The work consists of constructing a 255,000 gallon ground level water storage tank, 228 LF chainlink fence, Telemetry control system, gravel surfacing, and optional work items including: steel gates, regravel access road, repaint interior of 15,000 gallon booster tank, replace booster pump, testing and replacing source well pump. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 240 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $500,001 and $1,000,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. The Buy American Act applies. Work will be performed on the Spokane Indian Reservation, Stevens County, Washington. Contractor will be required to meet local tribal government requirements including meeting Spokane Tribal Employment Rights Ordinances (TERO). Solicitation documents will be available approximately May 28, 2008 and only in paper format.
