Synopsis:

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 issues this solicitation for Web Developer / Programming support for On-line Courseware Integration. This effort will be an 8(a) set aside for 1 person for a base year plus 4 option years. The Statement of Work (SOW), Source Selection / Evaluation Criteria, and a draft DD Form 254 can be reviewed at http://www.msic.dia.mil/contracts/contracts.html in the Current Statements of Work Section.

FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement.
