Please click on the related documents link below to view or download the corresponding document. ----------------------------- The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ( € ITB € ) the Department is requesting bids from qualified, responsive and responsible vendors to provide a trip charge for water operator services and a trip charge for wastewater operator service, and a hourly rate for call-back services, at Department locations as indicated in Section 2.5, Table of Geographic Locations and Specific Service Requirements, of this ITB. The Contractor shall provide the minimum required hours of service for each respective site, in order to comply with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) permit. The Department reserves the right to add and/or delete locations or services based upon the mission or needs of the Department. The Department may contract with different vendors at different institutions/facilities. A vendor may bid on one or more institutions within the regional area.
