Synopsis:

The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a water and sewage service contract at the United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, Georgia to service the various components of the Institution operations. This sources sought synopsis is for the purpose of conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Please submit capability statements and evidence of state or local authority to provide utilities (i.e. water and sewer). All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate a respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The contractor shall provide water service to accommodate an estimated monthly water flow of 12,000,000 gallons. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services to deliver the water and sewer service to the designated point of service. Any resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract and shall have a performance period of one year.
