This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUEST FOR QUOTE:

This RFQ is 100% Set aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). For additional information please see the clause at 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (June 2003)

Supply Room Equipment Security Shelving System
(Spacesaver High-Density Mobile Storage System)
Note: Must meet the following specs: System will
include one stationary shelving system which is
approximately 30 inches deep x 102 inches long, having 5
levels of adjustable shelving storage. 3 Mobile
carriages systems that are 36.5 inches wide and 102 inches long
shelving 2 double faced, 18 x 36 inch wide sections
with adjustable shelving (adjustable on 1 inch
increments, most sections of shelving to have 6 levels
of storage. 1 (outside) mobile carriage to have Rollok
Door that pulls down to secure items with a waist high
lock included on this carriage. Each shelf to have
backstop and 3 dividers. Additionally a separate
stationary shelving system 36 inches x 18 inches (same adjustable
increments and dividers) that runs parallel with
mobile system on adjacent wall and a 36 inch stationary
shelving system on a near buy wall. Entire system bust
fit within the current supply room configuration (W 15 feet
3 7/8 inches x L 109 inches x H 88 inches). Needs to have a synchro
driven drive system (drive wheels on both side of the
carriage, with a roller guided drive system on an L
rail, Heavy duty adjustable shelving, one roll down
doors on end of supply system, weapons must be stored
vertically and must be compliant with buildings fire
suppression system. See attached diagrams
Price includes new Spacesaver product, freight with
inside delivery, full installation, and removal of
packing materials.
