One year rental and cleaning of walk off mats. To begin July 10, 2008 thru July 10,2009. Colors are to be Charcoal Grey or Black with the allowance for additional mats over one year period as needed. Each area is to be serviced every two weeks. We have Approximately 29 areas to be serviced. When a mat is collected from a area to be cleaned it is to be replaced immediately with a clean mat. Due to the amount of areas to be serviced we are requesting that the driver is to arrive no later than 9:00 Am. The day of the week that's perferred is either Tuesday or Thursday. To better monitor the service areas the company is to meet with Miss Carrie Witherspoon 410-402-7036 located in the Central Laundry Department. The awarded company will be escorted to each area to be serviced by Miss Witherspoon or other appointed staff. Each time the driver arrives for service they are to first meet with Miss Witherspoon upon arrival. Additional information (specific locations and how many mats are to be placed in each area) will be given once the bid is awarded and persons have met with Miss Witherspoon. Listed below is the number of mats and the quantity. PLEASE GIVE A TOTAL FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR for the quote itself however attach a copy of the price of each mat size. Total number of mats is 143.
