WANTED TO LEASE

The California Department of Public Health is looking for approx. 8,720 usable square feet (usf) of divisable office space in the City of Bakersfield, plus 28 parking spaces in addition to required Handicap parking per code. The space must be divided into 2 separate suites of approximately 5,760 usf and 2,960 usf.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, Americans with Disabilites Act (ADA) and applic. codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public trans.; and 4) Comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
